Transaction Logging Troubles

We had a similar scenario about a year ago and each instance would happen a month or so apart. The strange part about that particular scenario is the Trans Logs failing on both servers. My suggestion is to really look at your log files. We finally tracked down our problem. Because of the nature of our business, we had no restrictions (since corrected) on file attachment size. We had a user send a 1GB attachment to about about 120 people in multiple messages across multiple servers. Domino tried to to route the messages, but eventually choked and the trans logs (circular) caught it's own tail. We have now capped the attachment size at 100MB and have had no further issues.
